WORKING PRINCIPLE
The air, after being heated and purified, is immited from the bottom by induced draft fan and passed through the screen plate of hopper. In the workshop, fluidization is formed through mixing and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed fast, thus the materials can achieve rapid drying.
FEATURES
◎ Fluidized bed is designed in round structure to avoid dead ends.
◎ In the bed there is stirrer. It avoids agglomeration of damp material and forming channel flow during drying.
◎ It uses tipping unit to discharge granule, which is convenient, fast and thorough. It can also design automatic feeding and discharging system as required.
◎ Sealed negative-pressure operation. Air filtered. Easy operation and cleaning.
◎ Fast drying speed and uniform drying temperature. Drying time is generally 20-30 minutes for each batch, depending on the material.
APPLICAITON
◎ Mechanism screw extrusion particles, rock particles, high-speed mixed granulation particles.
◎ Drying of wet granules and powdered materials in medicine, food, forage, chemical and other fields.
◎ Large particles, small lumps, sticky granular and lump materials.
◎ Materials whose volume will change after drying such as konjak.
