WORKING PRINCIPLE:

QG impulse pneumatic dryer is for mass-drying. In principle of instant drying, it uses fast-moving heating air to drive wet materials suspending in the hot air, thus entrance the whole drying process and improve heat and mass transfer rate. Materials after pneumatic drying can be removed almost all nonbound water(for example, materials like starch’s moisture content is about≤40% when feeding, while this rate can be reduced to 13.5% when the finished materials are discharged), and won’t become deteriorated. The machine can significantly increase yield compared with ordinary dryer, thus users can obtain a higher economic efficiency in the short term.


APPLICATIONS

QG pneumatic dryer can be applied for the drying and dehumidification of powdery materials in industries of pharmaceutical, chemical, food, building materials, plastics and so on. For example: the drying of starch, fish meal, salt, distillers’ grains, forage, gluten, plastic resin, fine ore, coal, mucochloric acid, A ? S ? C benzoic acid, 2 ? 3 acid, poly vinyl chloride, polypropylene, sodium sulfate, sodium metabisulfite and other materials.Our company has foreign consultation of pneumatic dryer available. JG Series Pneumatic Dryer


WORKING PRINCIPLE

pneumatic dryer can remove water rapidly (mainly surface water) from easy-dehydrated granules and powdery materials. Since the materials’ residence time in the dryer is short, pneumatic drying can give a best control of the quality of the finished product. We have enhanced pneumatic dryer which adds a set of enhancer whose speed can be adjusted steplessly on the base of basic type. Wet materials go into the enhancer through screw feeder and have a full mix with hot air, then crushed into fine particles by the rapid rotation of the knives and carried forward; moving to the export while being dried, and finally taken into drying tube by wind to have further uniform drying. Wet and heavier particles which can’t be blown by the wind will be continually crushed and dried until it can be sucked up into the drying tube.


APPLICATIONS

his machine is particularly suitable for high moisture-content materials which is paste while wet and can’t be dried using other pneumatic drying ways. For example, white carbon black, copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, acetate fiber flocculant, catalysts, CMC, CT-1 resin, forging gypsum, electrolytic manganese dioxide, anthraquinone sulfonic acid ammonium salt, fluorspar, diatomite, silica gel catalyst, bone meal, kaolin, potassium chlorate ammonium sulfone drugs, synthetic resin, active gluten, activated clay, chemical filter cake, rutile type drill white powder, sebacic acid, copper sulfate, aluminum sulfate, sodium sulfate, calcium phosphate, calcium phosphate esterification of starch, dye,calcium citrate, coal slurry, face round shaped bread feed rice bran , clay, clay cement, urea, bentonite, ball clay, aluminum hydroxide, barium hydroxide, calcium lactate, food, washed kaolin, cyanuric acid, gypsum slurry, lime, biological products, carbon black, calcium carbonate slurry, sludge residue, organic chemicals, aluminum stearate, iron oxide, organic fuel, maize gluten feed, damp mud, mica powder, pharmaceuticals, pigment, potassium dichromate, paper pulp, lees residue, etc.

FG Series Pneumatic Dryer


WORKING PRINCIPLE

FG pneumatic dryer is that drying process of wet material is divided into two steps. Materials firstly have first-level positive pressure drying using the mixture of exhaust of secondary drying and supplement hot air. After use, exhaust of high temperature and low humidity is discharged outside machine, and the semi-finished products is going to have second-level negative pressure drying using fresh hot air. After drying the finished product is measured and packaged. And the used exhaust of high temperature and low humidity can be used for first-level drying again, so that an excellent circulate drying process is completed. The supplementary hot air can be adjusted according to need, and thus the machine has wide applicability.


APPLICATION

This equipment is widely used in drying of powder and granular materials in industries of food, chemical, pharmaceutical, building. Products which have been dried by this series of machine are: starch, glucose, fish meal, granulated sugar, sugar, lees, forage, gluten, plastic resin, coal, dyes and so on.
