JRF Series Coal Hot Air Furnace

INTRODUCTION

JRF coal hot air furnace is a furnace possessing two functions----coal firing and heat exchanging. It embraces the new technology of indirect heating featuring heat exchanging in the high-temperature part of the furnace. The heating process produces no pollution with the heat ratio hitting almost 60% to 75% because smoke and air are processed in separate channels. It enjoys rapid heating rate, small size, convenient installation, safe operation and low price (this equipment costs only a half of the price of boiler whose capacity is one ton).

FEATURES

The service life of this equipment is greatly prolonged because heat-proof measures have been taken. Heat sinks are vertically scoured by smoke and negative-pressure smoke evacuation is employed; hence, it enjoys stable thermal property and no need to clean because no dusts will be accumulated in heat-exchanging parts. It could be fed with all kinds of coal or firewood which will be burned abundantly because second blasting device is installed. Many technical-economic indicators achieve advanced levels in China.

APPLICATION

The general hot air equipment enjoys its compatible application with various drying equipment. It is well adopted in various fields like food, seed, fodder, fruit, dehydrated vegetables, shii-take, agaric, tremella, tea leaves and tobacco leaves. Its function of heating and dehumidification is well accepted in some industries like agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical materials and products of light and heavy industry. Meanwhile, it can also be used to heat various devices and to dehumidify storerooms.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Attention:
◎The calculation of reference ambient temperature should be based on 18℃±2℃ and that of heat value of coal on 5000Kcal/kg.
◎Temperature of hot air in above table is based on the output of air. The highest temperature of hot air of the JRF4 Hot Air Furnace could hit 200℃ or even more and that of the JRF5 Hot Air Furnace and JRF6 Hot Air Furnace could hit 300℃ or even more (over 500℃ is also available on the basis of special construction). They could be adjusted according to the demands of users.
◎The standard height of smokestack equipped on the hot-blast stove: 3 to 5 meters on JRF4 and 5 to 8 meters on JRF5 and JRF6.
◎The boundary dimension shown in the stable could be found in the installation instruction.
◎Fire-proof cover in the inner wall of lower part of stove starts from the fire gate. Its height of JRF4-4 is 0.5 meter with field installation.
◎JRF6 enjoys its travelling grate stoker.
