WLDH Series Horizontal Spiral Ribbon Mixer

WORKING PRINCIPLE

WLDH horizontal spiral ribbon mixer is composed of container, helical mixing blade and transmission parts. The helical mixing lade is generally made into 2 or 3 layers in which the external blade is responsible for pushing materials into corner and the internal one is to transport materials towards two sides, resulting in convection by mixing. The container could be made in round shape which will be convenient for reaction and drying in the later step.

FEATURES

◎Hard to clean when mixing materials with viscidity or coherence.

APPLICATION

The spiral ribbon mixer is suitable for mixing materials with viscidity or particles with coherence as well as particles added with liquid or paste. It is also suitable for mixing a great amount of materials which are not frequently changed because it is hard to clean the cylinder after mixing those materials.
